I read automation and control related website regularly. Today I went to controleng.com and found out that they have been bought by CFE Media LLC. They have taken the website down and plan on releasing a better version of it soon.
Taking the content down is a big mistake though. It will cause them lose a lot of their search engine ranking. They should have made the new website and once it was done simply change their DSN servers. Oh well. best of luck to them.
